Located in Northern California, TAC Health founders designed the TAC Drive to withstand extreme conditions in the field and developed TAC Online to serve as a 24/7 asset for not only first responder teams, but anyone seeking an affordable, portable and online storage system to protect their sensitive data.

Anthony DuBose, MD, MPH

Dr. DuBose is the founder of TAC Health, LLC and has more than 15 years of clinical experience as an occupational medical physician.
As founder and Medical Director of Workforce Medical Center in Redwood City, California, Dr. DuBose has demonstrated strong leadership in a high quality medical practice specializing in occupational medicine. His training and experience includes work as a Cal-OSHA medical inspector and for the past five years as the on-site Medical Director for Lockheed Martin Space Systems in Sunnyvale, CA.
Dr. DuBose also has prior military experience as a Tactical Air Controller for a Joint Special Operations Command rescue team. He has served as a combat medic in the Army National Guard, and most recently is providing medical support for the San Mateo County Sheriff's SWAT team.
After graduating from the Dartmouth-Brown Program in Medicine in 1991, Dr. DuBose completed his residency training in 1995 and received his Master of Public Health, Environment Health Sciences from a joint program through the University of Southern California and University of California, Los Angeles.
Richard Wittman, MD, MPH

Dr. Wittman currently serves as Vice-President of TAC Health, LLC and has nearly 10 years of experience as a practicing physician specializing in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. In addition, he has extensive experience providing medical support and medical surveillance for Federal Urban Search & Rescue (US&R) Teams, numerous law enforcement and firefighter agencies, including the World Trade Center Monitoring Program.
Prior to his position at TAC Health, Dr. Wittman participated in fieldwork as part of the NIOSH Firefighter Fatality Investigation Program and during CDC post-hurricane disease outbreak response in conjunction with FEMA.
Dr Wittman graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and from Medical School at Tufts University. He holds a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard University, where he served as Chief Resident in the Occupational Medicine Program.
Imee DuBose, MPH

Imee DuBose is Chief Operating Officer of TAC Health, LLC and recently served as Group Administrator and co-owner of Workforce Medical Center in Redwood City, California. She administered the annual Wellness Programs for numerous fire agencies, Urban Search & Rescue Team Medical Clearance Programs, and World Trade Center Medical Monitoring Program.
Ms. DuBose’s prior experience included serving as a Program Officer for The California Endowment, California’s largest private health philanthropy, during its start-up phase. She was responsible for the Children’s Health initiative and traveled throughout the State working with public agencies and non-profit organizations. She also designed and developed the UCLA Executive Masters in Public Health for Health Professionals Program and served as the first Program Director.
Ms. DuBose holds a BA from University of California, Irvine and a Masters in Public Health in Health Services Management from University of California, Los Angeles in 1995.
