TAC DRIVE LIMITED WARRANTY DECLARATION

TAC HEALTH, LLC guarantees the error-free quality of the materials and design of all TAC HEALTH products, including TAC DRIVE for a period of 3 years from original date of purchase. This warranty is provided to the original end user and is not transferable. TAC HEALTH will provide repair or replacement of part or all of any products covered under this warranty in the event of any workmanship defects in materials or design under normal use conditions. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty will also be covered under the same warranty, and will have the same performance as new products (replacements may be refurbished products or may contain refurbished materials). This warranty does not apply to the chain provided which is sold 'as is.'

The above declaration does not apply to damage caused by accidents, operator error, handling damage or unauthorized opening, repair or modification of TAC HEALTH products.

Warranty Period

3-Years Warranty: TAC DRIVE

Warranty DOES NOT cover loss of data. As with any sensitive data, we recommend frequent backup.

Scope of Warranty

Products determined not to be official TAC HEALTH products (imitation products) will not be eligible for repair.

Please pay attention to these items below that TAC HEALTH, LLC will not service:

• Damage caused by accident
• Misuse (like improper insertion into or pull-out from socket...etc.)
• Abuse (like using as a testing tool, reliability test...etc.)
• Natural or man-made calamity
• Any disassembly, repair or modification without TAC HEALTH's authorization

THIS CONSTITUTES TAC HEALTH'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO TAC HEALTH PRODUCTS AND TAC HEALTH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL TAC HEALTH BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR TO ANY USER OF TAC HEALTH PRODUCTS, FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE TAC HEALTH PRODUCTS, EVEN IF TAC HEALTH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
